One-stop service for youth cyber wellness issues in Singapore

Help123 is a one-stop service for youth cyber wellness issues in Singapore. Youths, family members and educators are welcome to reach it via webchat, email or its hotline to find out more about cyber wellness or to get help with cyber wellness issues.

This project have 3 main sites: the public microsite, counselor phone and chat platforms, and user’s chat platform.

Since it’s targetted for young teens whom familiar with gadget and social media, the design tone is bright and bold with chat emoji as the design element.

Topic Themes

There are 6 main topics covered within the site. Each of the topic has a specific design theme as below:

User's Chat Platform

Mobile first approach is implemented here since young teens are really attached to their phone on their daily basis. Other than that, the core feature which is to chat (with counselor) feels more native to be used on mobile.

Counselor's Chat & Phone Platform

There are two platforms built for counselor, depends on their assigned method: chat or phone counseling. Counselors need to sign in and set their target daily.

Each chat needs to be reviewed as it will be data for future strategy on how to deal with youth cyber issues.

Similar with chat platform, phone counselors need to record the caller’s data and issue for further improvement on the campaign.
